Does anyone have BME bone marrow edema as a symptom?

my MRI of my ankle shows bone marrow edema and small joint effusion. It hurts pretty badly. Has anyone had results with bone marrow edema? My doctor said just means you are swollen from the RA.

They gave me more steroids, so far that’s it.
