Does anyone have trouble with ankle arthritis and lesions? I have what the mri stated was a osteoochondral lesion 7cm with bone marrow edema. Hands and feet also have erodioins. This is causing me so much pain.

I have Arthritis in both ankles. Both had fractures (sport injuries) many years ago. Days when I can't get up on my feet. I find massage is helpful, alongside pain relief and anti inflammatories. Sadly treatment for RA has no effect at all.

Thank you. I havent injured my ankle. My doctor said the erosion is from the Ra, but the RA treatment does absolutely nothing for it. That we have in common. Nothing touches it.
