I would eat a high protein Greek yogurt, one with no added sugar etc, with the fruit and some nuts. Also frittata with summer veggies (zucchini, squash, peppers ) is filling.

Black cherries. Honey crisp apples, bananas for potassium. Celery, cauliflower, carrots, radishes for munchies.

Also, boiled eggs with salt and pepper or grey pupon Dijon. Mushroom jerky. Dots pretzel sticks. Chickpea chips, freeze dried edamame.

I love sunflower seeds, english walnuts, pecans. Some ppl may not be able to eat nuts though bc of intestinal issues or enzyme issues.

Bulgarian whole yogurt with berries or peaches. Melon smoothies with collagen and other healthy adds.

Salsa and blue corn chips. Kim chi and rice cakes.
Wilted kale or spinach.
Lettuce wraps.

Roasted seasoned chickpeas.

Hemp hearts on pasta with parmesean cheese black pepper and a dash of olive oil.
