I just read an article that suggests digesting baking soda in water is an aide in reducing inflamation in people suffering from autoimmune related disorders. Has anyone read about this?

Be careful..people have died digesting baking soda. speak to your doctor first.

I haven’t heard anything in regards to baking soda n inflammation or autoimmune disorders... I will definitely check into it, and thanks so much for sharing...🤗🙏🏾
