I have found nothing that works for my Anky-losying Spondylitis and at times the pain is so great I can't stand myself.Any suggestions for that? I have psoriatic Arthritis up my spine and it burns when I over due and Gabepentin helps the burning.
I gave up on trying to find something for the RA I have been through so many meds for it and nothing helps.Most of all I can't get my Sed Rate down last test it was 89 down from 104.I was told 30 is normal.Any Suggestions?

I've never heard of baking soda for RA. I take it occasionally for a different medical condition.
