Does anyone who has a flare feel like posion is being released into your blood stream followed by severe fatigue?

When I have a flare it is very very intense pain for a couple of seconds then it feels like posion is being released into my blood stream followed by severe fatigue and a low grade fever. Does anyone have this experience?? Most times when this happens I can't do anything except get in bed find a spot and lay there for days. Also very nauseated

My flare up is intense pain and fever. I find a spot and stay their until I get some kind of relief. I have been using Tylenol precise cream from Walmart and it soothes me some. I hope you feel better
