I use Fage. Great to marinate with. But I use mayo bc I use it in French recipes. I use that olive oil to stir fry veggies but I like Partanna from Sicily and Kkasandrinos from Greece. They are family owned small batch
My suggestion if you can tolerate it is to use Fage Greek yogurt instead of Mayonnaise. It has a high protein count and very creamy. Berio is authentic Italian Olive Oil 100%. I use that as well.
Farro chickpeas red onion cherry tom hummus olives cucumber Lettuce. Olive oil/ lemon juice/Dijon mustard garlic salt pepper dressing
Orzo shrimp tomato red onion spinach
Same dressing
Quinoa a lot of Italian parsley chopped olives tomatoes mint same dressing minus mustard
Tuna white beans mayo Italian parsley cherry tomatoes small shape pasta Italian seasoning
I use Fage Greek yogurt too. Use it in many ways. May sound strange but I feed it to my cat as she has a sensitive stomach. Seems to help 🤷♀️. Also… living in farm country abundant with red meats …. Not a huge meat eater myself but sometime I do enjoy a good lamb chop and love gyros! Lamb needs to be highly seasoned as it isn’t good otherwise. Just my opinion. I’m not marketing meat! Moderation is the key …right?
