I have been taking magnesium oxide for over 20 years. I began doing some further research looking at the various types of magnesium on the market and a particular one got my attention as it focuses on muscles, nerves, fibromyalgia, and migraines including a few other items. I am referring to magnesium malate. I've already brought this up to my pain management specialist and will be further working with him on how he wishes to move forward.

Very true Paula. I had kidney stones, my primary took me off of 3 supplements due to too much calcium intake. Kidney stones were calcium. Always check with your doctor
I am on Magnesium 400 mg of Mag citrate for now. It will be something I will research further! Thank you for your question!
