I totally agree on the waste of pharmaceuticals. So many times, I end up in the same situation as you. A boatload of expired or not used drugs due to changes in medications. It breaks my heart that so many people cannot afford medications and here we are disposing of them.
Except that the needles doctor presribed should be the one given to go in far enough. Now I know. For example the diabetic needles I could inject all day they go in like butter, are not going in deep enough. A long time ago a pharmacist said she would give me them because she didn't think I would like the longer needles. Come to find out they were not going in deep enough. Just to let people know use needle size dr prescribes.
Are daily headaches at the same time related to RA or medications?
While headaches aren't typically listed as a primary symptom of RA, they can occur for several reasons related to your condition. The timing pattern you're describing—happening at the same time each day—could suggest a few possibilities.

Sorry forgot to mention how many times my prior insurance required I get either 3 or 6 months worth of medications. I went through all my pill bottles I had left when my meds were switched all expired now so took to medication disposal container. Then found several vials of Methotrexate injections which all expired. So the insurance would have saved money by not requiring getting so much at once. Because we all know how the meds either quit working or mess up our liver numbers and we have to stop taking it. Methotroxate came in 2 ml vials and the most the Dr's ever prescribe is 1. So I had to request the ones with preservative so I could reuse each vial not waste half of it. With preservatives must be hard to come by cuz I kept getting the 2 ml vials without preservatives. Was told could repierce the rubber seal and use it a second time then someone on here said his wife was a pharmacist and said not to. Just ranting about waste on pharmacology
