Krystal I have been thinking about you wondering how y’all are doing over there in England? Now do you have your RA managed? I hope so. Are you able to go do some walking exercises outside? Stretches are good too.

I have RA in shoulders fingers elbows knees ankles feet toes my toes are clawed because of RA sadly & I have bilateral pes cavus which doesn’t help

RA is in my knees, shoulders, elbows, feet, toes, fingers, hands, wrist and right hip. It is no fun. Alot of pain. It is confirmed with bloodwork, x-rays and MRI

Hi Paula hope your keeping well I have tried stretches & exercise but sadly I’m limited to walking so far because of the deformity in my feet try to do stuff & the pain shoots straight through my legs even when I’m resting after doing something it’s very frustrating
