I order out or go to the grocery store and pick up a heat up meal ( the deli usually has pre prepped meals that you heat up). I try and meal prep if I'm having a good day then heat up left overs when my hands hurt or I'm too exhausted to do anything else after work etc.

I make toast or eat a bowl of cereal. No rules - do what you can manage easily and skip the 'I should' talk 😉
On those days when you do feel better good idea to do batch cooking- that way when you’re exhausted or not up to cooking, all you have to do is take out of freezer and pop in oven!
Make casseroles ahead of time, if you’re a meat eater, cook a chicken etc and place slices in freezer to heat up- this prep step has served me well overtime!
