Hello I have hear of this medication Rinvoq but know it effects blood pressure so I am unable to use it.
Sorry to hear of your side effects. Most of us have side effect to medications, I have noticed that we all have RA (and other issues) however we all react differently. If I were you I would let my Dr. or rheumatologist know what is going on.
I hope you find relief.

I adjusted after a week, but didn't have any of your symptoms except maybe insomnia, which I still have. I take 5mg of lorazepam an hr before bed, works well for me

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these symptoms. While Rinvoq (upadacitinib) isn't mentioned in the provided context, I can offer some general advice based on similar medications:

- Insomnia: Difficulty falling or staying asleep can be a side effect of some medications. Try to maintain a regular sleep schedule and avoid caffeine or heavy meals before bedtime.
- Headaches and Nausea: These are common side effects. Staying hydrated, eating small, frequent meals, and avoiding triggers like strong smells or certain foods might help.

It's important to discuss these symptoms with your doctor, as they can provide personalized advice and adjust your treatment if necessary.
