Getting a good night’s sleep is often a struggle with RA. Endless nights without shut-eye can also cause a lot of anxiety. As one sleep-deprived member of the myRAteam put it: “I am up most of the night with leg pain. I could cry all the time.” You don’t have to suffer alone. Many people facing the same challenge have found a wide variety of remedies and practices that help them fall asleep and stay asleep.

When I struggle to fall asleep I put a few drops of liquid malitonin under my tongue and it relaxes me into a good sleep. I only use it on the really restless nights.
