Does heat make anyone else really tired and feel a little sick? Its getting hot here and I see my knees and wrists swelling .

I almost feel flu like, I get a cough and am not all that motivated. My husband thinks I need urgent care but I can't help but to think this could be a flare and that I've started on rinvoc and my body is adjusting.
Anyone go through any of this?

Good morning...oh yes I don't like being cold but I would rather be freezing 🥶 theb feel hot 🥵...it not only causes pain but the sweating and internal hot feeling 😬. I always enjoyed summer but I can't stay out in the heat for long. I'm very thankful that I have air conditioning in my home and vehicles 🙌.

NJ's heat and humidity has been oppressive. its a viscous circle of exercise Finally - Im feeling good as long as I can walk at least a mile briskly but that stops thanks to the heat- I'm finding it hard to stop whining. I hate myself for being such a stick in the mud. sorry- its too damned hot for me!
