Here's what I have found.

The FDA approved RENFLEXIS as a biosimilar to Remicade. This means that RENFLEXIS acts in a similar way to Remicade, and there are no clinically meaningful differences in effectiveness and safety. Your treatment routine stays the same. RENFLEXIS works like Remicade.

Reflexeis is cheaper version of remicade. It's a Biosimlar some people can use it many can't when I used a biosimlar of remicade it attack my stomach 🙃 and did not work at all. When you use this medication just be aware of you body reaction and how you feel. Hope it works for you and don't worry. Wishing you the best.

My experience with Remicade was very unusual, but not unheard of. The first time I was getting my dose the clerk noticed I was quite flushed and asked how I was and I told her I wasn't at all right. Turned out I had developed 300/200 blood pressure. They rushed me down to the ER, the infusion room was in the hospital. They gave me meds to bring down my blood pressure. I had some awful reactions and blew out 50 capillaries in my brain. I forgot how to read and it took me six months to figure it out and start reading again. Then about five years later, I developed a problem with my immunoglobulin and when they tested me I had none in my body. I had several boughts of UTIs and several cases of pneumonia and my doctor looked at the IGs and sent me to a allergist as they are also the doctors who deal with IG problems. I have been on IG replacement therapy ever since. About three years ago I got a call from the allergist and they said they are getting more and more people who react poorly to Remicade and wanted to know if I had taken it.
So that's one more unfortunate story in my life, remember it is very unusual.
