Stomach/ colon issues

Diagnosef with RA 13 yrs ago. Im 74. Had an xray (3 weeks ago) of my stomach 3 weeks ago. Can't have a followup until next wednesday.
Burning pain is on left lower side which runs down my pelvic area. Pain is not daily but hurts when I wal or get out of bed. Almost feels like I pulled a muscle. I have history of IBS with diverticulosis. Reading about RA symptoms I understand gastro pain with inflamation can be caused by prednisone which I take 7m daily. Any of you have this issue?
