I've had stomach issues since 1994 and bone issues since before then. I'm wondering if they go hand in hand. I just had a colonoscopy today. Thick colon walls and polyps. Adding another medication to my daily regimen now. 🤦🏽♀️

Yes! I take a probiotic daily and try to avoid or limit heavy, spicy, greasy foods. Had to stop my NSAID because of ulcerations in colon. RAD affects everything absolutely everything!!

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and a few years later with arthritis associated with the UC.
I have colitis and have been told that it goes right along with RA and OA. Watch out for the night shade foods. Peppers, potatoes etc.
When I have a flare up, *everything* flares up. I try to eat soup, mild foods, and juice a lot of veggies so at least if I'm not making it worse when it's really bad.
