Most of my joint pains are getting better, but my tunnel carpal syndrome, pain in my fingers and finger numbness have not improved. Am I stuck with numb fingers forever or is there hope that my hand will improve?

I had the same issue with Carpel Tunnel, it pretty much went away after taking Methotrexate for a while. Keep in mind that it takes a while for the Methotrexate to work.

I am also wearing a wrist brace at night and most of the day. The pain and stiffness are improved but the numbness remains.

I wear a wrist brace and that really helps especially at night.

Thanks. I will try to be patient. My rheumatologist mentioned surgery but I am hoping to avoid this.
