I spoke with my doctor as to whether there is a prescription drug that would help mind fog. She said there are a few but none with remarkable results.
I record names, conversations and text as much as possible. My phone has pictures of my medical file, line dancing group and the names.
It is as if my phone is my brain in a little black box. Lol I hope you find this helpful.😀

Yes, I'm glad you mentionrd it, I thought I was going nuts. I completely forgot a friend of mine's dad had passed, and yesterday I asked if he had seen him before Christmas.. Awful. Xx
