During the course of the night I have to switch sleeping positions frequently due to pain that feels like it radiating from my hip and down my leg. I turn and it's just a matter of time before it happens again. Between the restless leg at night & the hip pain , a good night's sleep is a challenge. Looking for any suggestions π

If you sleep on your side, try a small pillow between your legs or under upper leg. This helps to take pressure off. Google crib or baby pillow. This has helped me a lot. And don't forget Diclofenac gel. Also hot shower, Tylenol, massage. Multiple strategies help! Prescribed meds!
Yes Pattie I think you are right, we all have problems sleeping. My knees have been my little trouble makers. I have found pillows help best. Type this "memory foam assorted shapes pillows" in your Google search engine. It will bring up the page showing the many types of shaped pillows to help with back, hips and knees.
