DeniseKing, I am having great success with my Holistic Doctor's prescribed vitamins/supplements! I never went to traditional doctors for ra because they point blank tell you 'there is no cure' and they have some bizarre diagnosis like your body is attacking itself??? I couldn't make sense of what they were saying and I sure wasn't going to start taking medication that would just mask the pain. Praise the Lord I have recovered and am now just dealing with healing the long term symptoms/damage from my body trying to find the problem. What I learned was that I had a digestive problem and was deficient in iodine. If you want to learn more, please send me an email at (Email address can only be seen by the question and answer creators) None of the products I use are expensive.

Tasha,
I find that when I have over done, my body may get tremors. I do not take any steroids. May I suggest, if you can, try taking a warm bath with Epsom salts and or lavender to relax and reduce swelling or stiffness in your body. Afterwards try massaging in some Arnicare or lavender cream to reduce the pain as both penetrate the muscles and tissues to relieve pain.
I hope this helps.
Take care of you.
