I was diagnosed with gastrophersis like 2 yrs. ago and that is slow emptying of the stomach, usually diabetes have this and I am not one. During my research I am finding out about Sjögren’s syndrome is dry mouth, itchy eyes and guess what gastrophersis. This all started around two yrs. ago and now RA. My point stomach issues, nausea and pain.

Yes ive had stomach issues for as long as i can remember and they seem to flare up a whole lot more when im in a RA flare

It's one of the regular symptoms of RA, along with low grade fever.
