I cannot take Tumeric. I like making my own meals. I bought a divided plate. Smaller portions except for vegetables. All you can eat!!!

So funny Sam, that's exactly how I feel. Ain't no diet going to change my diagnosis of Rheumatoid/ lupus and Sjogren's so I'm going to eat whatever I want and enjoy every bite of it. I've tried every diet out there, not one single diet change my illness or the effects I feel every day. I like food so I'm going to enjoy food. Actually my rheumatologist told me to eat (I only weigh 145) because she said, "no diet will change your diagnosis". I'm thinking maybe a good ice cream cone today, possibly butter pecan. Yummy!
