A nurse told me she uses a
Q tip and puts a small amount of triple antibiotic ointment in her nose. It kills the virus and stops the germs from entering through you nose.
I wore a mask one time during flu season. However, during the flight there was no one hacking and coughing or anything else. So, I didn't wear it on the last half of the trip. I do carry sanitizing wipes and wipe everything down that my hubby or I may touch. Even after wiping things down, I still use hand sanitizer after touching those areas around me.
I usually begin taking something to boost my immune system a couple of weeks before traveling. We can't be too careful...

No I have not. I suppose you could. As long as you have good personal hygiene you should be able to protect yourself. If you are an oils user you could keep Yoing Livings Thieves oil or spray with you. It helps to combat viruses, bacteria, and when used on your personal body can aide in optimal healrh.

I would wear a mask. I'd also take some antiseptic wipes and wipe the arms down on the seat. After that last bout with sinus infection and bronchitis I caught from one of my co-workers, then having to be on antibiotics for almost 4 weeks and not being able to take my RA meds. I had so much pain after that. So to me we get hit double. Just my opinion.
Be safe. Love and hugs.
