Magnesium supplements really help with night time cramps and also help with sleep.

Potassium is supposed to help, as well as regular stretching every day. The first few days I started stretching it seemed to make the cramps worse, but now I get them much less frequently and not as severely. Sadly, they haven't gone away entirely, but they are more manageable now.
