Well I heard magnesium and calcium can cause that,so Im on a dark chocolate program to tackle that😉 so far no more cramps

Hi I have them very bad. My doctor told me to drink tonic water . I forget what it is but something in it helps cramps. I haven't gone to get any yet. Well I had one but I need more. He said to drink 4 ounces a day.
