Just wondering if i ate healthier and avoided certain foods that it may help a little...

I don't have issues with fizzy drinks or champagne (not that I can afford it lol) . If I have too much carbs and sweets I do get more inflammation so I try to watch what I eat. I try to stick with veggies, raw or steamed I'm not a big meat eater. For me meat makes me sluggish, bloated feeling. Since everyone reacts differently I'd do a food journal, keep track of what you eat for a month and how you feel Day by day. You'll figure out what's good for you. Good luck😀

Hi, for me, changing my diet was key. I keep an eye out for foods that cause inflammation. Try to stay gluten free, grass fed beef, lots of salads, etc. Sugar is a bad one.

Nightshade vegs, cause pain in joints as well as fizzy drinks and champagne

Raw pineapple. Ginger. Cinnamin. Raw honey. NO sugar or anything with added sugar
