Members shared their favorite supplements for managing rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, with turmeric (or its derivative curcumin) emerging as the most popular choice, often paired with black pepper or BioPerine for better absorption, and many members also taking omega-3 fish oil, vitamin D3, magnesium, and B vitamins. Several members described noticeable pain relief after consistent use, with one member finding success with a liposomal turmeric suspension after nearly two months, though others cautioned about turmeric's blood-thinning effects and emphasized the importance of consulting doctors before adding supplements. A recurring theme was frustration with physicians who discourage supplements in favor of prescription drugs, balanced with recognition that regular blood work monitoring remains essential for safety.

I cleared the turmeric with all my doctors. I feel blessed to have found something that helps. I take 550mg organic turmeric root extract. Have not noticed any side effects other that feeling less pain. I have a bad liver, so this is the only thing I have found to help that is safe.
