CoQ10 helps me with energy.
What about D3-K2 ? I heard the K2 helps to absorb the D3
I take a multivitamin, calcium, D3, C, Folic Acid, and Tumeric
I take D3 (15000 IU) per day K2 (200mcg)per day C (2000mg) per day, and folic acid twice per day. I also take magnesium glycinate 420 mg a few times per week.
The D3 and K2 have shown me improvements with less fatigue and it also lowered my BGL I wasn’t having an issue with my BGL but I noticed that it does lower it from blood tests.
The D3 will pull the calcium into your bloodstream, the K2 is supposed to help remove the calcium from the bloodstream and push it back into your bones instead of it hardening and clogging up your cardiovascular system, (They think K2 does this) I’m rolling the dice with it. It does take away some of the fatigue.
