Ye I developed this within the last 12-18 months, last winter I had injections in my forearms just behind the wrist and in the basal joint of my right thumb. They worked well I got 6-9 months of relief from the injections.

I get that too try an over the counter pain rub a padded steering wheel and gear shift. I switched to an automatic with power steering. That helped too.
