i started with simponi in July . Had my second injection. My third in two weeks time. My doctor told me it takes normally three months to start working. I am still on 6metx and 1celebrex, 5mg prednisone every other day. I hope its going to work. I think i do feel a little bit better. If it is all in my mind, i dont know. Hope it is not. I do have shinsplints in my one leg.

I just started this myself...I started feeling relief at about the 4 week mark, got my second shot then got a sinus infection! Once that cleared...I felt good again. Just got my first 8 week stretch shot and still feeling good. I hope you are able to get relief in a similar manner, minus the infection!

It can take awhile for any of the meds to take affect. Give it a couple of months, if no relief, then talk with your rheumy.
