Odessa, TX

I'm on my fourth time having shingles and now also have postherpatic neuralgia from them. My doctor explained that shingles pop up in weakened, tired immune systems and that I should be diligent watching for breakouts so I can take antiviral so within first 2 days.

Because of an open wound I am currently not on any biologics and haven't been for 3 1/2 years.

I'd be interested to know how many of us suffer with shingles.

Oh God bless you! I don’t know if I could handle it multiple times!!!
When I got mine I actually took myself to the hospital!!! I was in tears and ready to pull my hair out!! It was all blistered. I laid there for s couple hours, and they gave me something .
But this oily cream they gave me really kept me sane!! I couldn’t wear underwear!! But let me know if anyone wants the name of the cream and I’ll go dig it out!!!
