Has anyone tried coming off methotrexate and using a naturopathic medication? I'm already on one medication for epilepsy, one for anxiety and now two for RA. Would like to heard people's experiences with diet change and natural remedies.

Methotrexate is a very good RA drug and it helps with the inflammation and slows down the progression of the disease. Diet changes help, but they are not as helpful with slowing down the progression. I also try to eat only organic whole foods that are gluten free.

I haven't heard of a lot of success that way. Is there some reason you don't want to take it? Is it not helping with the inflammation and pain?
