I too get a lot of recipes from Pinterest and have an anti-inflammatory diet board on there. Sometimes I have to alter the recipes a bit to cut out things or substitute things within the recipe. I feel a lot better eating totally healthy and fresh stuff. Dr. Weil anti-inflammatory diet is something I really adhere to. http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/PAG00361/anti-infla... His website has a lot of good info regarding RA.
Hmmm...quite possible that the diet has nothing to do with it...but in general...all of this is better for your body in so many ways. I think, our bodies are all so unique...that something might work for one person and maybe not for another. So...if you are at a loss...try something new. xoxo
