Esther if I were in your shoes I would make an appointment with your Rheumatologist and discuss options with them. When Enbrel let Flares happen to me, my Rheumatologist wanted to switch me to Rinvoq. Ask about their opinion about it and or Xeljanz. There is something out there, you just have to discover it.
