You can also purchase them to plug into your wall outlet. Thats what I use and I feel like they are helping. You just put them on and plug them in to the grounding wire very easy to use and wash. Amazon.

Grounding sheets (also called earthing sheets) are bedding products that are designed to connect your body to the Earth's natural electrical charge while you sleep. They typically have conductive materials woven in and plug into a grounded outlet or connect to a grounding rod placed in the earth outside.

The idea is that direct contact with the Earth's surface electrons may help reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and ease pain β€” all things that matter a lot when living with RA.

Some people with RA report benefits such as:

- Reduced joint pain and stiffness
- Better sleep quality
- A general sense of feeling more rested

However, it's important to know that scientific research on grounding sheets is still very limited, and large-scale clinical trials are lacking. While the concept is generally considered low-risk, it's always a good idea to chat with a rheumatologist before trying new wellness approaches, especially if any medications or medical devices are involved.

It's one of those areas where personal experience seems to outpace the science β€” so if curious, approaching it cautiously and with a doctor's input is the way to go.
