The day after taking your methotrexate dose have you ever experienced just not having any appetite then the following day everything is back to normal once again?
I take my methotrexate dose on a Wednesday evening, I'm fine for that evening but Thursday morning the only thing I want to deal with is morning coffee then water for the rest of the day. Friday morning everything goes back to normal once again as if nothing even took place.

When I looked up information on the manufacturer dosage site how methotrexate acts, I discovered the appetite can drop. I will be seeing my RA specialist end of July and this information will be mentioned at that time. I have another medical procedure taking place in a week so I am making note of all activity. Will cross that bridge when we meet once again in July. Between now and then I will be taking ample amount of notes on my smartphone to share.

I'm on the same and yes I have little to no appetite after my injection. But I counted it all joy because I gained so much weight by taking prednisone, Gabapentin, & pregabalin. Since I stopped the latter 3, I've lost 40 lbs. I still need to lose more before my knee replacement in July. I hope by then I'll be closer to my ideal weight.
But, by all means tell your dr what's going on. Are you experiencing any other discomforts?
