Naxact-250 may help reduce stiffness and pain if your stiffness is caused by inflammation, since it is commonly used for arthritis-related symptoms. Some people feel relief within a few days, while for others it can take longer. It’s best to take it exactly as your doctor advised and monitor how your body responds. If stiffness continues or gets worse, check with your rheumatologist.

Naxact-250 contains Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). NSAIDs are commonly used to help manage pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, which can include stiffness.

That said, how well it works for stiffness can vary from person to person. It's worth knowing that NSAIDs:

- Can help reduce inflammation that contributes to joint stiffness
- Are generally used for short-term symptom relief
- Are not disease-modifying, meaning they don't slow RA progression
- Can have side effects, including stomach irritation or cardiovascular risks with long-term use

Always check with your rheumatologist before starting or continuing any medication, especially if you're already on other RA treatments. They can confirm whether Naxact-250 is appropriate alongside your current plan. Alongside any medication, some helpful non-drug approaches for stiffness include:

- Gentle morning stretches to "wake up" your joints
- A warm bath or shower to loosen stiff joints
- Applying moist heat to affected areas
- Light movement and exercise to keep joints flexible

These can complement your medication rather than replace it. 😊
