Members explored whether grounding sheets help with aches and pains, with one member sharing that after three months of trying them, they felt no relief at all. Several members were unfamiliar with grounding sheets, and one helpfully shared a Google explanation describing them as conductive bed linens meant to connect the body to the Earth's electrical energy, noting that scientific research is still limited. A recurring theme was finding personal comfort through other means, like ice packs, cooling sheets, and Biofreeze, with warm community support woven throughout the conversation.

For those who do not know what 'grounding sheets' are. I found this on Google. Hope it helps.🙂👋
"Grounding (or earthing) sheets are specialized bed linens woven with conductive materials, like silver or carbon threads. By plugging the sheet into a grounded wall outlet or an outdoor grounding rod, they aim to connect your body to the Earth's natural electrical energy while you sleep. The concept relies on the theory that absorbing free electrons from the Earth provides several health benefits:Reduced Inflammation: Proponents claim it helps neutralize free radicals.Better Sleep: Users often report falling asleep faster and experiencing a deeper rest.Pain & Stress Relief: Some individuals note relief from chronic pain, joint stiffness, and anxiety. How they work:Conductivity: The conductive threads woven into the fabric transfer the Earth's natural electrical charge directly to your skin.Safety: The attached cord connects only to the ground port of an electrical outlet—not the live wire—meaning no electricity runs through the sheet.Usage: To be effective, your skin needs to make direct contact with the sheet, though you can use a thin pair of pajamas and still achieve some conductivity.Note: While many anecdotal success stories exist, scientific research in this area is limited. Experts advise that grounding sheets should be treated as a complementary wellness tool rather than a medical treatment or cure."

I tried the grounding sheets for 3 months but there was zero relief. Unfortunately they did not do anything at all for me.

I use cooling sheets and a cooling blanket. I don’t like being hot at all. My joints like biofreeze.
