During a 2/2026 pulmonary doc appt, evidence of mild ILD due to the biologic medications I’ve been on for RA was diagnosed. I had an Abnormal chest CT when hospitalized, unexpectedly in Mexico on vacation. The pulmonologist told me that a lot of patients don’t realize overtime, you will develop this due to those biologic medication. I’ve been on quite a few over the years such as: Rinvoq, Remicade, Orencia, actemra, currently Cimzia for about 4years.
