Hi , does anyone have ILD brought on by your arthritis and are you taking yet another drug to combat it

Hi Tiina
I have progressive pulmonary fibrosis and I am on a very expensive drug called NINTEDANIB which is supposed to stop the progression in its tracks . For the RA I’m on methotrexate 15mg a week , Olumiant 4mg a day and prednisolone 5mg a day so plenty of drugs but both diseases seem quite well controlled.

Yes, I have ILD too. I was diagnosed with it before RA in 2021. I’ve been on several different meds that didn’t work and now do Rituxumab infusions about every 6 months which has helped my breathing. My lungs are stable. I also was put on Plaquenil which helped RA symptoms (and was able to get off Prednisone). I’m also on 3l oxygen with activity. What are they proposing for you?
