Has anyone tried all medications available and now is stuck with going to the “best of all the options”?

Whatever you are taking for ra please do not take methotrexate I took for 12 years and now I have cirrhosis of the liver and I might be the only one who can blame that pill but Drs never will. They must get a great kick back $$$

There is a neurosurgeon in Nee York doing the implant on the new SetPoint vagus nerve stimulator. I’ve seen the only other one in Chicago doing it right now and waiting on insurance. FDA just approved it in July.
