I have never eaten much meat, but for protein Ill eat chicken and fish on a salad. So try for fresh fruits and vegis. Still have my fav book called "Fit for Life", reference it now and then to remind me if something recipes. I really like goodwiches. My young kids ate those as a snack. Sugar is something I struggle with, and try to stay away from. And alcohol too. Due to paying the price with a flare up later usually next day. Maybe just try to incorporate more fresh foods into your diet and less sugar. Atleast to start eventually you feel so much better it becomes second nature.
I use the anti inflammatory diet. For me removing nightshades and a few other things This diet is simple and doesnt cost you outside of the cost of fruits and vegetables
Is there a specific diet that helps keep RA under control?
While there's no single "RA diet," research shows that certain eating patterns can help reduce inflammation and ease symptoms. Many people with RA find relief through dietary changes, though what works varies from person to person.
