Could be a TIA (mini stroke) or transient global amnesia. Or seizures. Definitely need to get that checked out.

OK Nick711, thank you for the feedback. I'm thinking the results of your MRI were negative, which is a good thing. However, in my case a small cyst was found in the middle of the brain measuring about 10x12 mm. I'm wondering if there's anyone else who has similar headache/black out symptoms.

MRI, EEG,... you might need tests if you have repeated, unprovoked occurences. But it is normal to have it happen once in your life
