Thanks! I only have both knees affected, with pain, inflammation, effusion and swelling. All other joints are fine. My clinical picture does not fit any diagnosis...
I am currently taking a JAK inhibitor and it is 70% improvement.

Hi there of course I do not know German. I have to use a translator on my phone. Thank God for that. If your rheumatologist cannot do the proper X-rays of the hands and feet along with the blood work I suggest you get a second opinion. Also I apologize for no one answering because it is not that easy. Your treatment is it Humira or Enbral or Remicade? I am on a JAK inhibitor called Xeljanz. I am in remission.
