I was diagnosed almost a year ago and I haven’t gotten better, no matter what I’ve tried.

I know taking K2 D3 has helped me out a lot. Try adding in calcium and magnesium to see if they may help.

It takes time, and a lot of medication shuffling. The hard truth about RA is that it's degenerative, meaning it will get worse over time. I choose to look at it this way: you will never be more able than you are in the current moment. This means that focusing on finding the right treatment, physical therapy, and home remidies are extremely important to prolonging your joints.

There are books out there that can help. I don't mean self-help, I mean genuine medical texts that outline living with RA. I'm sorry you're feeling bogged down by this, but taking control over your illness is the best way to keep that feeling away!

It may take some time to find the right medication for you, but I promise you'll find it. Go to the doctor, see another if you are not comfortable with the results. You are not supposed to be in pain. Do some exercise. Pilates has helped me a lot!
