This winter is extremely cold this year. It's difficult to stay warm function "normally".
Agree, winter is hard. I like my long underwear plus layers of clothes to keep warm. It is not the total answer for those hurting joints.
This past winter was really rough for me as I had trouble getting warm & staying warm even when dressing warm & using a space heater along with our regular home heat. I feel like winter made my joint pain, inflammation, & fatigue so much worse. I don't go out much in the winter if I don't have to & I transitioned to working from home back in December. I feel terrible as I can no longer help my husband with snow cleanup either. I wish I had some words of wisdom but I don't & hopefully others will share.
