I have had many injections in joints all over my body. Some work some don’t. Upping my prednisone doing a taper works some also. I have had an epidural injections for my back. That didn’t work. This is a physician that does this in X-ray also. My X-ray shows moderate to severe RA, OA and bursitis. I fell and I know that I need something. Tylenol and tramadol have not help. Ice packs and heat have not help. I go August 4 for the procedure. So think and pray for me

I am really sorry that your in so much pain. When you have multiple things going on at once it's hard sometimes to get it under control. I've had steroid injections into my hip bursa but not fluoroscopic.

I have had several steroid injections in my finger joints. It is not fun but I was able to move my fingers the next day. Of course it was temporary. Injections in my elbows helped. My feet never calm down with shots. It is terrible when you can’t walk without pain. As soon as I put weight on my feet it’s a wrap. I take Tylenol, tramadol or a muscle relaxer. Nothing seems to to help. I can’t take nsaids because of the blood thinners. I tried nearly every cream, ointment and supports for my feet. After my last surgery in April I have not been able to recover from pain control. My right heel has split opened again from the way that I’m walking. This has happened before and I ended up with donor mesh and wound vac for 2 months. My ankle and foot specialist is great and she said that she knows that it hurts but can’t seem to figure out how to help me. Staying off my feet hasn’t helped. It’s just a hot mess. I guess that’s the cost that I’m having to pay for walking as a nurse for over 30 years. Thanks for listening to me vent Take care of your feet
