It sounds like you're experiencing a significant flare-up, which can indeed make your arms feel exhausted and sore, similar to the sensation of having lifted heavy weights all day. Here are some insights and tips from my knowledge base:

- Rest: Rest is critical during a flare. Consider taking it easy and allowing your body to recover.
- Gentle Exercise: Gentle hand exercises or low-impact activities like tai chi or yoga might help reduce inflammation and improve your mental and physical state. Always check with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.
- Distraction Techniques: Engaging in activities that distract you from the pain, such as watching comedies, reading a good book, or planning a road trip, can be helpful.
- Ask for Help: Don’t hesitate to reach out to family, friends, or your healthcare provider for support.
- Call Your Doctor: If your symptoms are severe or you’re concerned, it’s important to contact your doctor, especially since you’ve recently stopped your medications and steroids.

Remember, managing stress and getting adequate rest are crucial during a flare. If you have any doubts or your symptoms worsen, please consult your healthcare provider promptly.
