Hi, As far as day to day fatigue, I have found a product called Vinia. This is a capsule that has the grape ingredients of 2,000 grapes and is responsibly created in Israel. The ingredient is resveratrol that is scientifically shown to open blood vessels. I have found more energy and clear thinking. I ran out and notice more fatigue right away. Can't wait to get my refill. You buy 3 month supply for $105. One capsule a day, it really is well worth the price to me cuz it has changed my life. I'm 73 and first diagnosed RA 16 years ago.

Biljana I agree. Staying at it helps lower pain levels, strengthens, keeps our muscles and tendons from shortening, eases circulation. Cardio keeps our heart and lungs healthy too. Better skin and hair health and keeps weight down.
Sometimes, an anti depressant or a supplement may needed if dealing with too much stress, worry or anxiety. Its possible, not getting quality sleep or anxiety and grinding teeth will cause next day fatigue.
Be open with your doctors and ask what would help.
Physical therapy has pulled me up to snuff a few times. BC i know I am not self-motivated and need the direction and push. Getting out of the house and into group activities helps.
My dogs motivate me bc they dont like to see me slumped in the day time. They want to play or go for a walk and need grooming care. They tell me they dont care I'm tired or sore, 'move it granny!'
Taking a bird watching class or wildlifenatural gardening class, pool aerobics and pool therapy is very refreshing,.
Your fatigue improves the stronger you get though.
It's the getting motivated to take the initiative that is tricky.
